We stand by everything we sell 100%, however, sometimes things happen. If an item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, contact us, and we’ll send out a replacement immediately.
Unfortunately, all sales are final on personalized items, unless there is a defect or other damage, in which case we’ll send a replacement.
